Welcome to the apartment house Residence Floralp. The house is located off the main road in a very quiet and sunny location in Sesto - St. Veit and offers a magnificent view of the Sesto Sundial. The shopping center of Sesto, the cable car to the Mount Helm, the tennis courts, the tennis hall, the convention center, the sports facilities including outdoor swimming pool, facilities for skating and curling and mini golf are only 10 minutes from here. The house offers 6 apartments for 2 to 6 people. Each apartment is fully furnished and has 1-2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (with hob, fridge, pans, crockery and cutlery), a bathroom with tub or shower, hairdryer, toilet and bidet and a balcony. All apartments are equipped also with TV, free WiFi, radio and safe.

Great place and holiday

A great place where you can rest. Comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. A good distance to the ski lifts. In the mornings, you can order fresh baked goods. Thank you very much Steffi for the hospitality! We will be back.

Perfect holiday

We spent an extremely pleasant week with a very friendly host. The location of the accommodation is very good, as everything you need is nearby. It is even possible to ski down to the main gondola. Cross-country skiing trails run along each town. The place is extremely quiet and pleasant. We will definitely be back next winter.

Hiking in the Dolomites

Perfect place to stay for a week hiking in the Dolomites, both using lifts and without. Beautiful scenery from Floralp and the mountains. A variety of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance, especially a local cheese shop.

Short winter relax

In the last moment, we decided for ski opening in Sexten. We chose apartment Floralp which is not far from the main station-gondola Sexten-Helm which transports you to Mt. Elmo. There were some natural snow and excellent slopes for every skier. Top hard slopes we found and not crowded especially in the afternoon.
Floralp house is a big family house with clean and comfortable apartments, with ski room and some 100m away from the slopes. If you are not a skier you can choose any of sauna or pool resorts or go to sledding nearby. It was pleasant stay there. For sure, we will return for one of the next winter vacations.

Lovely place in beautiful mountains

We stayed for one week in August and everything was really perfect. Our host, Steffi Egartinger, was very kind and helpful. The flat was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was close to the bus station and shops and 5 min away from the funicular.
In the whole region, the weather is generally warm and sunny so that you can go out every day for hiking and climbing in the mountains.
